Price includes one (1) pet.Each additional pet in the same portrait is an additional $100.00 per pet.
5" X 7" Portrait - ................................$260.
8" X 10" Portrait.................................$350.
12" X 16" Portrait .............$450.
*SHIPPING CHARGES will be added to the invoice.Framing and Matting is optional and pricing can be discussed at the time of commission.

Completing this form does not constitute a contract between the artist or the buyer. If the artist and the patron decides they would like to proceed with a commissioned piece of art work an invoice will be generated by the artist indicating the price and description of the work.
